Back-to-backs are tough, especially with travelling, but how the Leafs acted today was a shame. Slow feet, no playing and they left Hildeby completely alone. And the Jackets were really effective.

Omfg the first bad game out of 7. This team could literally be 6 and 0 before tonight. Everyone needs to relax. Columbus came out ready to play while leafs didn't. Props to them. They deserved it.

2 of the 6 goals on Hildy were not his fault. Other than that, Hildy let the rest in. He was weaksauce tonight. Even with a poor defense performance, those goals were direct line of sight Hildy should have had. This makes me appreciate Stolarz so much more.
The leafs worst games are almost always against the bottom 5 teams in the league. It’s incredibly frustrating. Just beat them like everyone else and you would win the presidents trophy EVERY YEAR!

I know it was the 2nd of a back to back with travel, but that was a bit embarrassing. Hildy was horrendous but so was everyone else out there so it didn't really matter.
Leafs suck and I am not going to watch another game the rest of the season. Time to get a life! Hope Leafs do better! Merry Christmas everyone here!

I don't remember seeing a goalie so big as the Leafs' goalie look so small between the pipes, while the team in front of him tries to break records in defensive breakdowns.

This is EXACTLY why this current iteration of the Toronto Maple Leafs will never ever win their division. They never keep their foot on the gas. They have this deeply ingrained sense of complacency. Like they earned themselves a night where they can play half ass. I’ve been seeing and saying it for years.

Get this: I currently live in Europe so it's not often I see the games live, so what I often do is watch the highlight that Sportsnet puts up surprisingly quickly. I typed NHL highlights, but the algorithm did not show me the most recent TOR vs CBJ highlights? Could the algorithm be SOOOO advanced that it knew I would't want to see the highlights?? lolll isn't that wild?!??! I had to manually track down the game, it was literally difficult to find!! Could be coincidence, I just thnk its a bit strange lol
Each game feels like a pure dice roll except the dice doesnt have 3 or 4
