edmonton fans needs to be pissed at 1 or 2 players BUT they are not and wont be because they are stupid, like most fans tbh. 97 cost them the game, dont care about the 2 goals he scored because he cost them the win with his soft weak assed play at the end and soft as shite D work costing them the game.
the problem is you fools ALL talk about how his scores n stuff but never about his bad side, you think because he scores alot it makes him a GOAT but thats not the case. his poor D work and puck turn over rate makes him good not great.
but people are blind and only see the stuff they want to see and then blame losses on other players namely game after game the Goalie who is always left hung out to dry

Whats most amusing to me is all the people that thought edm was that good in the first place, they'll still prob make the playoffs but will be a first rnd out!!! They got on a roll last year w their special teams and somehow made the final …..that won't happen again!!!!
Canes fans are as happy as can be. When I saw that goal, I did some air guitar strums lmao It was actually a really good game. I look forward to when they play the Oilers again.
That was a gamble by Mcdavid that didn’t pay off and I’m ok with it. Bouchard intercepts the pass and Mcdavid is in alone for the ot hattrick gwg. If he instead spins back defensively, it’s a 2 on 2 and likely going to the shootout.
1 for 4 on PP is still a reasonable 25%. 2 for 4 would be an unsustainable 50%. It would help their overall average but would be an outlier result for any team.
