Regarding Forsey, the last time he played this well was when he was basically the starter. I guess he's like Ullmark, gets into a groove when he plays a lot but he seems to struggle when he plays as a backup. He evened mentioned being in a groove during his post-game interview. Ullmark will return at some point, hopefully Forsey gets so confident that he can manage to play well in the backup role.

Great show – given there's not a lot to discuss so early in the season. But how does a Sens podcast have all the hosts picking the other team to win? like wtf? Are yall even fans of the team? Even if it's honest, its discouraging and makes yall sound like a tsn panel instead of a Sens podcast.

Everything I know about soft tissue injuries means you have to can't do strenuous exercise too quickly could make your injury worse, but you shouldn't avoid exercise because your hamstring muscles can shrink and scar.

I am very concerned that our number one goalie is not playing. It almost seems like we have a curse when it comes to goalies playing for the Senators.
