Afraid that some people who play with grid will leave again so that Leafy Leafs can stay. It consistently keeps things Leafy and It doesn’t improve anything in the long run for the team as a whole. It’s still early sure… but too much “déjà vu” 😖 Well, up to the Bruins game with heads up 😳😅
This is exactly why I vowed 18 months ago to never buy a ticket to a Leafs game again. There is something so wrong with this organization and this game is another example of that.

Berube sucks! Terrible hire! Not playing dumb enough yet! Remember we got eliminated cause we couldn't score not cause we couldn't defend so we hire a coach who plays a system that doesn't create offence. But ultimately it's the GMS to blame. They hire the coach, draft the player's, build the team and give out the contracts. Than blames the player's. In 10 years we still haven't seen a #1 defenseman. Reilly has slipped and is a#3 and Tanev is suppose to be our 2nd best defender. You fill in the blanks. Don'teven have defenseman that can transition the puck to our high-powered forwards. 6/7 years for something that resembles a #1 goalie. We've only got where we are because of how talented Mattews, Marner and Nylander are. Never because of how these incompetent GM'S are. Absolutely everything Trevling did this year was a high stakes gamble and over pay!
The truth is that, every American team, when they play The Toronto Maple Leafs, wants to bury you(s). What you gonna? hey Maple Leafs. Let's Go Maple Leafs!!! If opposing teams are blocking shots, we have to be too, if we get beat by that result, then that’s truly upsetting, we need to be blocking shots just like the Blues were, Jordan is able to see all the pucks so he’s making all the saves, OEL with his first as a leaf, not bad, but we have to be better!
