Maybe if they could get more then negative shots on the poweeplay they could have won it easily
Petey almost had that last one. I see that as a positive. He's coming up fast. 30k per day will do that lol
There’s no shame in losing to the Canes, so I’ll happily take the single point when the Canucks didn’t look good for majority of this game. Lankinen only one that showed up.
Does bro ever score something that isn’t a one-t from the point in the background??
Geez Carolina had to bus in for Vancouver game and they still had better legs in the first 30 minutes of the hockey game. How does that happen?
Bad night Defense struggling Norris
They blew a multi goal lead in the third. We absolutely should’ve had the momentum to win that game.
Honestly I thought the Canucks played good 5 on 5…Carolina had lucky bounces which led to their goals. I liked the lead passes we did that generated scoring opportunities. What really killed us was our special teams and played horrible during our power play. We only generated a few shots on net and failed to capitalize on those opportunities. I'm surprised no one is saying anything about this glaring problem. I couldn't believe how poor we played with the man advantage. I know Toc wants guys to carry the puck into the zone, but sometimes a simple dump in is all we need to set up the power play. It's as though Carolina knows and can telegraph the pass back during the rush on the power play. Why do we do that? It looks so weird and so obvious.
The powerplay has looked terrible
And say sorry to silovs for the first 2 games
