  1. The Tigers went on a run that reminded me of the opening of the 1984 season. Red wings miss by one point last year, and the Lions could have been in the super bowl. Feels good doesn't it?

  2. Great to hear about Kasper, I am not someone that places much value on making the playoffs. I am much more interested in seeing a championship team forming. The development of the defensemen, centers and goalies are to me the most critical organizational objectives. Especially good skating physically strong centers. That is such a huge area of need. I remind everyone back to last year when Larkin got hurt and with him – there was no real puck transporting and zone entries – no one had the ability to carry the puck into the zone – so they had to dump in – and teams could overplay for that and Detroit got very outplayed there. So good skating, strong centers are desperately needed. Great guest, I would have loved to hear him talk about whatever it is that he does not like about Gerard Gallant. It seems obvious that he does something well as a coach but must not be able to make adjustments because -his pattern is very established – great first year with a tremendous turnaround . then team performance begins to deteriorate – I don't think he has made it through a third season . My theory is the league figures out what his team is doing to be successful – they take that away – and Gallant has no adjustments for that – but that is just my theory I have never watched a lot of the teams he has coached.

  3. Redwings need to fix that garbage d corps and awful goaltending . We’re not gonna be close to a playoff spot like last season. Kasper and some kids better make the team. It’s time to get eat $ and get rid of the likes of copp

  4. Please stop wearing shorts on camera. That would go a long way to earning a subscription.

Just pretend that you want to be on camera.

  5. Spent Saturday getting rained on at the tigers game just to see them lose to the worst team in MLB history, and then going to LCA just to have the game canceled. You hate to see it.

  6. New Jersey so overrated… they look good paper, but good on paper doesn't equal success. Soft and a bad defensive team – Sheldon Keefe won't help in that aspect.

  7. IF you were to ice your best team, Kasper, Mazur, and Danielson would be on it. They're are all blocked by lesser talent.

  8. I rememberwhen Steve Moore didn't want to answer the bell after elbowing Marcus Naslund in the head…..Todd Bertuzzi will never forget that multi million dollar jump
