What happened to Soucy being the cure-all…? 😢 what a shame

In order to get anyone of value you have to give up a lot. At a minimum it starts with:

Miller was horrible last night. Shades of his old self. That icing the puck cause was pissed off was a bad look. The drop pass to no one that lead to the Roslovic goal and then letting his check (Aho) drive the net and score the winner. Why was Tocchet on Hoglander? How was Pettersson worse than Miller last night?
If we're firmly in playoff contention, I'd rather keep course accruing cap space for a bigger deadline acquisition, personally.
I guess they could use another defenseman, but I think they could use forwards that backcheck a little more… you watch the game last night? Hurricanes ALWAYS had 3 men back on the backcheck while half of the time the Canucks only had 1🤦♂️
You know who I saw on your bottom average gamescore list?… Petterson😂 not to open up that can of worms, but you know who I didn't see? Hoglander lol the guy who gets blamed for everything on Peteys line 😆 😂
I know Soucy has been just dragging down Myers even last year. Bench Soucy, give Myers Forbert. Vinny looked like a perfect match with Brainstormer, and has the size to protect the little feller. Also, Soucy is not worth over 3M on this roster. If trading anyone, trade Soucy fFFS. like eye test anyone? They played Soucy with Vinny to open, worst mistake ever. Does Myers need a puck moving guy? no, he needs a defensive guy who can give him the puck but Myers can trust to cover behind him. Forbert.
