I’m so fucking happy for Severson. Yeah, the dude’s brain disconnects sometimes (like earlier in the game when he passed the puck through the crease and almost banked an own goal off VV), but he’s more good than bad and deserves a big moment like this.
This play showcased all of Sevo’s best skills, encapsulated in one play, in OT, against our biggest rivals, on national TV. The way he put his entire body into the fist pump celly said it all.
