It’s Top Shelf dinner & game. We have attended many. Ten people per table, big fancy meal, some Flames bigwig like Treliving or Conroy in to talk to you before dinner. Game seats are always in section 105 just above the Zamboni entrance. Everyone is usually gifted either a jersey or signed sticks, or signed photos – at Christmas we received limited edition, old-fashioned whiskey bottles. It’s a fun evening!! Free booze & food all night!

I would love to see him as a commentator over Luke Gazdic on SN.
Due to his marketing, I bet he lands an All Star slot and gets a 1-2 yr contract with a team. His marketing peeps have been on point in a contract year, and his position on the team (2nd line) helps him a ton. The Christmas gathering, the banana bread, and his whole vibe is awesome.
I hope his marketing pays off, if not, some players need to ride off into the sunset and grab post-NHL money and improve the content of game coverage.
I’ve thought most of his placement has been positioning for his next career step, and he is killing it for that! Go Looch go!
