So it’s pretty apparent that these band aid fixes aren’t working. At what point do we actually start finding talent in our own farms?

I seriously cannot stand the room temperature milk mediocrity of this fucking team man. Why can we never score a clutch goal? Why can we never get a stolen game from a goalie? Why can we never ever control the pace of a game for 60 minutes? Apparently we’re just gonna ride the Bettman point all the way to the playoffs, get shitstomped by Vegas in the first round, and pick a guy 17th overall who will never see past the minors with this franchise.
This team’s record is 19-14-9 and they simultaneously look like a team that could go 28-14-0 and 19-23-0 at the same time. The can dominate for long stretches but can’t seem to score, and make dumb plays at the worst possible time.
So who we drafting at 15th overall?
The best part about the flames is not only are they bad but they are boring and their stars do not perform like stars.

Markstrom is just not it anymore and what Sutter is trying is simply not working. This team is on a path to just missing the playoffs with our current play and we’re right back to the mediocre Flames teams of old.
