   How is Reimer not the #1? Look at the stats.

   Reimer 1 (no A), Hill backup, Hill future but needs to work on lateral movement (I believe 3 of the goals were cross-crease passes where he couldn't catch up to the puck or react in time) and working with his D to communicate / position better. Reimer just has the veteran edge where he seems to be gelling with the Sharks system and Hill hasn't adjusted yet. Hopefully he does but play Reimer until Hill gets his 'starter' consistency back.

   Doesn’t even seem like it should be an issue or a thought. Hill has potential and very well could be the guy of the future. Reimer is the clear number 1 and should be treated as such moving forward getting the lion’s share of the work. His play and the play of the team when he is in net dictates it. If the organization for some reason tries to force bill being the number one when (although it’s early) the team has shown they can be more than competitive, that’s unfair to the team. Not trying to be hard on Hill, but at this stage he looks (and the team looks defensively in front of him) like they did with Jones in net the last couple seasons. Albeit the team obviously having more fight than in those seasons. But the sloppiness, goaltending letting in soft goals etc.

   Not gonna lie Brodie, watching last nights game, I had some serious Jones flashbacks. Reimer No 1, Hill needs some more work.

   Reimer has been nothing short of excellent. He is the starter (for now)

   Hill needs to be a lot more better.
   Think Hill can still grow, but Reimer's the No.1 goalie for now if you wanna make the playoffs.
