As a Sabres fan, I am feeling better seeing PIT lose, but I'm also feeling a little better about Buffalo's 3-game skid given how well all of Philly, Seattle, and Winnipeg have been playing lately. Buffalo put up much better fights against Seattle and Winnipeg than either Boston or Pittsburgh did.
I got Perfetti's rookie signed Autograph card. I'm looking forward to see what this kid does with the Jets. Looking like an elite playmaker 👍
Being a Jets fan this year has been very… odd, to say the least. I thought we had missed our window, and this Bones refined group just keeps proving me wrong. The fact that they have the cap space to add a piece at the deadline is bonkers as well. I am very excited to see what the post-season has in store!

Penguins normal ridiculous amount of injury issues that hit every single year has happened once again… just absolutely unbelievable how many injuries this team gets all at the same time each and every year… not just their hockey team either. Pens, Steelers, pirates… never ever healthy, and it’s usually like 10 people at a time. Our entire fourth line, 4 top defensemen and our number one goalie all out… and of course it’s during this very busy stretch of games and a ton of them are divisional… I think the playoff streak comes to an end this season

The Penguins broadcast crew wondered about pulling the goalie on that 3rd period PP. Honestly, it doesn't seem to be a bad idea, with the possibility of their being down 2 goals, with 5-6 minutes left. Just as it played out, failing on the PP basically meant game over, so why not try a 6 on 4, as light as the Penguins generating serious chances had been the entire game, basically?
Funny now Pens and NYI both in a bit of a slump so that last playoff spot maybe 🤔?? leaves it still open for Sabres or Wings but Sabres also in a slump so.
No surprises tonight or much doubt.
pens suck now I don't think they're coming back, eventually they're not gonna be good anymore, they're not gonna win forever & I think this is it for real this time, winnipeg are good though, bowness has done a fantastic job
So a lot of goals are going to be goalie interference if that Dubois debacle is any indication. I mean Wheeler was interfering more on his PP goal. #80 was blocking his view a little close, yes but it was the Penguin player that shoved him into the blue paint. The goalie fell on his own accord….Dubois never even touched the him. Have sure come a long way from the time Helly got a stick across his helmet and barely a review 😂. Jets got healthy at just the right time ( just Appleton and Stanley to go ). Barron still out with the flu, but should be back Sunday!! Bring on Arizona
I’d like to see Sid play w more intensity, his positioning is always great, however looks like he’s going thru the motions. Need more from him if we’re gonna make the playoffs
