Let’s talk about how much the 49ers and Seahawks HATE each other

  1. Yes, that 2013 NFC Championship was painful. With the Richard Sherman rant, and especially the Navorro Bowman injury that out an end to his prime.
Also, with the front office Harbaugh/Baalke/York drama coming to a head, the Superbowl window had slammed shut.
I’ve been a 49er fan for several decades and endured many decades of heartache and disappointment.
    The 2013 NFC Championship sucked.

  2. Ghallagers in Long Beach has an awesome So Cal Niner Empire chapter I’m from its good Irish Pub feels like a home game with the AH-WOO!!!

  3. This is a hard fought rivalry. Two things, I hope Coach expands playbook and is not too conservative/predictable and continue to run the same plays (Rams last year).
I want our team to focus on the mission and not get lost in the talk. It's difficult to beat the same team 3 times in the same season in the NFL. Watch out for trick plays. Love to see Deebo or Christian throw a TD pass.

  4. I hate Seattle/Wilson more than any other team/player in football. Just look at how Warner talked about it. It’s Fucken On and I’ll be there Saturday

  5. This topic is nothing without mention of Navorro Bowman's ACL tear in Seattle, when "the 12" showered food & garbage down on Bo as he was carted off to the tunnel. I hadn't seen such a loathsome lack of class & sportsmanship since Brian Stow was beaten by the dirty Dodger fans. NFL fans are awesome all over the country and I've had fun at every stadium I've visited, but the Seahawks & their fans are trash.

  6. I’ll never forget the time Bowman destroyed his knee and on his way to the tunnel Seattle fans throwing beer and popcorn on him as he rode by smh !! Never forget !!!

  7. Stop giving these peasants relevancy. We've had a few good years and that's it. They're no Cowboys, they're no Packers. Those are REAL Rivalries IMO. Historic NFL Teams that we've routinely seen in the playoff's throughout our franchise history. Seahawks are just small kids trying to sit at a grownups table. Don't embolden them.

  8. The reason the 49ers weren’t well equipped to play the SeaHags in the past; it was because Rumple Wilskin, the Hobbitt. The 49ers never had stability at QB, and that was the difference. Now the kryptonite Hobbit has left, the Hags are vulnerable. Plus, the draft that built the LOB/Defense was a rare hit, that’ll only happen once in a decade for one team.

We are going to win this game on Saturday, why? Because we are better prepared, coached, and better overall team.

The Hags may put up some resistance, but we’ll beat them down as our whole team is aggressive and hungry. We have the eye of the Tiger, and will control our own destiny; the only team that can beat the 49ers, is the 49ers.

  9. Amazing how much the media loves to spread hate and fear more than ever these days. All for ratings Disgusting and Sad!

  10. i see your almost to 30k subs man.. GRATS.. you deserve 100k… the FAITHFUL need to get with it and sub to my man David.. we appreciate you always.. see you on Saturday

  11. I have to admit, we should absolutely blow the seacun%s out but im really nervous for some reason…why?!?!

  12. When Bowman broke his leg and the Seahawks fans threw popcorn on him while he was being carted out tho.

  13. It's REALLY REALLY HARD to beat the same team twice in the same season let alone 3 times in the same season! MAN I've been a niner fan since 1972 and I want this 3rd ring so bad for this team this year!
MY best ideal game would be us meeting the cowgirls again in the playoffs this year and really putting a smack down on them!! Lol
LETS GO FAITHFUL; ITS OUR YEAR Boys!!! PS: I hope they wear their all white uniforms; their awesome looking!! Just saying… Lol

  14. David, your in depth knowledge and insight make you, by far, the best commentary on youtube. Why aren't you on ESPN!

  15. It is always a close game with the Seahawks. Pete Carrol is very strategic and smart. He is an excellent coach. Will review the film & bring out the best in his players.

Now the 49ers do not let the easy first play score a touchdown. What Demarco calls dirty eyes. Do not over commit on your routes & runs on defense.
Yes, look for the interception also outsmart them in your scheme.

Now offensively, the offensive line is need to protect Purdy, and Purdy needs a quick release this game. 1-2 seconds and use the RUN to control the time we have the ball.
RUN to set up the pass. CMC & Deebo will be huge both with routes & vision. Block & run. AB also sneaky on the outside with the speed of Cloud late in the game if needed.
    Coach Kirsten signing off!
Let’s go 49ers! Such a joy to listen & watch you this year David!

ESPN call him already. Although your local coverage is awesome!

  16. Historically the most hated rival were the Rams dating back to the 80's when I started to follow the 49ers. Back then, with the rising of the Walsh era, they dethroned the incumbent division top dog.
At the time, Seattle was merely a likable perennial loser in the AFC, even after switching to our division, for many years.
Had they stayed where they came from, nobody would hate on them.

  17. Experience is the ability to recognize mistakes when you make them again. It is, therefore, highly overrated.

  18. 1000 yard receiving/rushing yard season arent nearly as impressive with a 17 game schedule as it was when the NFL had a 16 game and especially 14 game schedule. It seems to me that most people tend to forget or acknowledge that.

  19. So AFTER 5 YEARS under 'NO TRUST' Shanahan, IN A PASSING LEAGUE, They finally have a good PASS BLOCKING LINE…..after ranking on average 26th in this category over those 5 years. Isn't it amazing that QB play is dependent on OLINE efficiency…and the play caller giving the QB options in case 'S@#$' happens…

  20. Joey's tavern for a great faithful bar in Vegas for anyone interested. Great food, great fans, good prices. The Raiders/9ers game was fantastic there

  21. The DARKSIDE that shines brighter than the sun !! It's go time NINERS, Lets go Red&Gold!!

  22. You can go as far back as the early 2000’s with this rivalry when Seahawks became part of the NFC West. Jeff Garcia & T.O. used to put it up on the Seahawks. Once the 49ers lost them, Matt Hasselbeck and Shawn Alexander tore our asses. Then off course there’s the Jim Harbaugh Vs Pete Carrol rivalry of the 2010’s that put this rivalry in the National spotlight. Here we are again, totally different teams, eras but the rivalry is still here.

  23. Such a cliché I know, but one game at a time 49ers and 49ers' fans. Of course the Niners are better than the Hawks, but we should never take any team for granted. Focus, execution, and relentlessness are the keys to each victory. Go and kick some ass this Saturday!

  24. It will be interesting to see how many times Pete the cheat screams at the refs the Seahawks will have more penalties on offense and rattle Geno

  25. Thank you David for the history lesson; I have hated the sea chickens because I think they are a dirty team and I think Russell Wilson is a phony; when niners lost NFC championship game in Seattle after bowman's knee got torn up, I was sick to my stomach (and Sherman's ridiculous outburst, yelling crazy things at Erin Andrews about Crabtree makes me think sherm is a complete loser; I don't care that he was a niner briefly and is on tv now)

  26. I can't tell if he was being sarcastic when he said he doesn't root for or against the Niners… If he was being serious my mind is completely blown… actually if he was being sarcastic my mind is blown too because he said it completely dead faced

  27. Enjoyed the content in video! 👍 polarizing topics including the rivalry between 49ers and Seahawks, which is absolutely historical. Intrigued by the shots of the field! Well done! 🔥 💪

  28. David, I've been watching you a fair amount this season as I feel you have excellent access to the Niner's organization,
and you are able write. But this "dark place" bullshit is just that. As is Fred Warner's diatribe (which by the way had no audio
either time you showed it). All this hatred sounds like what passes for politicians in DC. Lighten up, and don't be celebrating
the lowest common denominator. Warner is an excellent player, but trying to drum up hatred in his teammates will lead
to over zealous mistakes more than disciplined, effective performance. You talk about Sherman's rant in Seattle years ago,
but then he came to play for the very 49ers he "hated so much", and "helped establish a new culture here". Keep it real David!
