Why did Othmann move down almost 40 spots? Also I think it is hilarious that Pronman rated Miller’s skating as “average” but then wrote the description as skating “well.” Pick one Corey!

He’s never been good at analyzing Miller ugh

I love Schneider. I still love Kandre, but his defense was better last year.

I have one big negative on Miller”s offense. Most of his great plays are when he is deep in the offensive zone. He doesn’t have the classic QB-from-the-point that most offensive talented defensemen have. This is why I prefer Trouba or Schneider in that spot on PP, obviously both way way way behind Fox. I would like to see him cycling and passing from the blue line more, it’s clear he can rush the puck.

On defense he and Miller just don’t handle the guys down low well. They just stand next to them. Schneider is vicious down there. He shoves and whacks those guys non stop. They are never comfortable, getting perfect screens and ready in front when he is on the ice. I love that guy.

I don’t know why the asst coach doesn’t mix up defense pairings.

Weird ranking laf ahead of kakko, no real argument to be made there if you’ve watched them this season.
