As a Devils fan, watching a Devils/Rags regular season game will ALWAYS be a playoff game! This was no different! I am not sure if the Leafs will ever get over the Bruins… like… ever… lol
Hands down the best regular season game of the year!! This one had a little something for everybody!! If you walked away from that game not entertained then not much can be done for ya. Playoff atmosphere at The Gahden and it was a Classic!! Matthews made a mistake and poked the Bear a little to hard with that celebration!! Great game!! LETS GO BRUINS!!

Since 1994 the Leafs have been one of the Most Out of Position Team there is in the League and until They7 figure that out, they will never see the cup. All the Other teams Crank up Their Zone coverage in the Playoffs except the Leafs. Shooting from Center Blue Line on the Power Play only Nullifies Your Power Play, how Many Years does it take the Leafs to catch on to this Common Sense Play. Point Players on Their Proper Stick side is your greatest Strength in the Playoffs.

The frustrating part of having engvall on the leafs is that he’s just so big and he’s soft, no sandpaper at all. He’s not a top 2 line guy so he needs to start using his size to win battles in the dirty areas

Same old excuses from Leaf's fans. It was the ref's….The B's are lucky…blah, blah, blah. The Leaf's are like any other team that has good calls and bad calls for/against them. The fans are just too self-entitled to realize that. The real problem with the Leaf's isn't talent. It's heart, dedication and culture. Boston has it. The Leaf's don't. They care more about show boating and individual accomplishments. Until that changes, they'll remain the losers they've been for the past 56 years.
I don't know why Keefe was mad after the winning goal was scored…he was the one who put the Tavares line out there in a tied game with a minute to go. It's no secret that Tavares and Nylander aren't great at defending.

It was such a good game 💛🖤 there were a lot of fights and Ullmark did such a good job at blocking honestly. I'm a huge Bruin fan so it was very entertaining to watch. The shots were all very clean and pretty!

The Murray save was good but it was a clear "look what I found" effort. His weakness between the legs was also patently obvious especially to the Bruins ! Great entertainment though

No way Boston wins with Ullmark, even though he is a good goalie, the playoffs are going to be new for him. I think Toronto squeaks out a cup win this year.
My Canucks and Penguins were both playing at the same time……I knew to watch this one start to finish. It lived up to it. Great game. Funny how some games can be so good and others, so damn boring. That's what makes these so special when they happen.

I see ref error all around the league. They are doing their best so I brush that off my shoulder. Give a little to a team like the bruins is like giving a bunch of free town folk to the local dragon. It's their heavy rival. Surprised Toronto made it interesting

I mean yeah there was great saves. But they came from both sides…. Highlighted Murray shows the exact same save 3 times, and barely mentioned the best goalie in the league this season making some big timely saves to keep the bruins in it early on as well. The leafs lost but literally every video I’ve seen on this game only shows the leafs great moments outside of the bruins goals.

As a Devils fan you're definitely right about the Bruins being opportunistic. That's one of the things I noticed when we played them twice a few weeks ago. Also when he was a prospect I read that Connor Timmins doesn't really have the best hockey sense. Also your point about the hatred between the teams. I really enjoy rivalries and that's one of the things I don't like about the current NHL, sometimes regular season games feel like a pick up game. Occasionally you see players on opposing teams act way too nice towards each other.

Another game vs the Bruins where the Loaffs pull their typical choke and blow the game lmfao. Watching this team lose in the first round again will be great.
