What does it mean that I’ve reached a limit of purchasable tickets? My transaction never went through

The system sucks. I ended up getting tickets to a game last year that the site never even said went thru.. you might get an email with your tickets in it haha

Yeah its done that every time I’ve tried to buy student rush tickets, which is like 10 times. Eventually it’ll work but you definitely won’t have the seats you originally wanted. Sometimes it’s taken me hours, and sometimes it’s taken me only like 5-10 attempts.

Biggest problem is they allow people to buy tickets even if they’re in your cart, plus only showing 3 sections each of the upper and lower level tickets at a time.
My go-to, which works on my phone decently well (though absolutely not fullproof) is to fill out the information, wait for it to not go through the first time, clear the cart and reselect, and then checkout with my info already filled in. For the really popular games, it doesn’t work because the 6 total sections shown are already sold out so I have to re-enter my email to unlock it again to refresh the sections, but works decently well for weekday games.
