  1. I’m a caps fan and I honestly didn’t know how to feel when they cleared the bench for ovi the first time after a milestone goal. But seeing this (as a caps fan) I love it. Congrats Steven

  2. He's been such a great player for so long, and the lightning have won multiple Stanley cups, do in large part to Stamkos, he's Mr Hockey 🏒

  3. "He is the third active player to get 500. " At first I doubted that it was true but I was wrong. The list is short; Ovechkin, Crosby, and Stamkos.

  4. Just another “Good ol’ Canadian boy” that committed himself to the southern US while Canadian teams struggle.

Don’t ever act like you’re one of us, Steven. You aren’t. Go wear flip flops by your pool, fancy boy.

  5. I'm so happy for Stammer! An incredible player and undoubtedly the heart and soul of this team.

I'm also incredibly appreciative of the Canucks fans for being classy in the moment. Stick taps.

    Go Bolts!
    Go Bolts!

  6. As of 2020 he had lost 139 games to injury, imagine if he had been able to stay healthy.

  7. One guy flops in the corner while the LD slides himself completely out of the play. Perhaps NHL23 is more realistic than I thought?
That aside, Congrats to Stammer! Hey Alexa, play Ride the Lightning and Thunderstruck AT THE SAME TIME!

  8. I love that after he scores the goal, knowing that it is a milestone, he is looking at Killorn and wants to get to him first to celebrate what just happened.

  9. How is no one talking about how the Canucks fans where cheering for Stamkos after his milestone!???

  10. Very fitting that the Canucks were wearing the same black jerseys that Kirk MacLean and the Canucks wore when they allowed Gretzky's record setting 802 goal almost 30 years ago.

Maybe they can wear them in a few years when Ovi probably gets his milestone goal against them?

  11. As a Tampa Bay lightning fan I just want to say the Canucks fans displayed incredible sportsmanship giving Steven Stamkos a standing ovation. He has a man deserved your recognition.

  12. I'm so happy for Stammer, I'm not even gonna point out how absolutely ridiculous the Canucks' defence was here.

    oops.

Maybe the easiest goal of those 500.

  13. Stamkos is amazing player. 👏🏻Unfortunately this great achievement did not happen at the home stadium.

p.s. I hope Geno Malkin will be the next player who score 500 goals.

  14. You live to see the players we grew up watching hitting all these milestones it’s honestly so unbelievable to watch

  15. he is 3rd and last in list of current players .. after crosby who scored 500+

of course #8 is way ahead w/ 800+
