  1. yesterday the canucks just didn't play and even all the games before and tonight we saw that they were forcing themselves for bruce's last game, why do you want to play for him in the last game and not before…. this club is ridiculous

  2. I thought rock bottom was the Benning era. I was so wrong. BB deserves better and I'm glad he has been liberated.

  3. The Canucks ownership is a stain on the NHL. Fans remember stanley cup runs and they remember how teams treat their employees. Respect for Vancouver fans to treat Bruce with appreciation.

  4. The team didn't deserve Bruce, nor did he deserve this (likely) outcome of him getting canned.

  5. Because Bruce is the hero Canucks fan deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.

  6. I feel so bad for Boudreau. He doesn't deserve this crappy treatment. I'm pretty sure he'll get hired by another team and make the Canucks' management look like the idiots they are.

  7. Battle between two teams going NOWHERE this season… The Canucks would lose to their AHL team if they Played them Tomorrow! 😂😂😂😂😂

  8. Gonna fire Bruce because of this? Not a fan but come on Canucks! A few games under five hundred with a young team? Great organization.

  9. Feel bad for Bruce and all but are we not gonna talk about how half of the spectators are oilers fans??

  10. Canucks organization looks to become horrible! Hate the Canucks but Bruce owns none of this misfortune with a young team slightly under .500.

  11. Another day, another dub. 6 straight and back to 3rd in the division and 3 points back from 1st. And for all the talk about how Ovi and Matthews are the best goal scorers in the league, Connor still got to 40 goals faster than either of them have in their careers. And how about Zach Hyman eh!? Priced himself out of Toronto because Dubas and the Leafs prefer soft prima-donnas to hard workers, and he’s been nothing short of excellent. Has already hit a new career high in points, and is three back from his career high in goals (which he set last year). Solid outing from All-Star Stu with a .931.

And that, of course, leads me to Bruce. The Canucks have strung this guy along for weeks now, and Bruce has taken it with about as much class as he possibly can. He’s cried, he’s made jokes, and still, the Canucks REFUSE to do the right thing and just tell him. The emotion he showed at the end of this game is absolutely heartbreaking.
