  1. Rangers are using Goergiev to try to get a 3rd liner, they will ride Igor and just call up Kinkaid, they wont trade for a Goaltender

  2. I don't see it, as A Rangers Fan. I see Georgi wanting to End This Season with The Rangers, and, Maybe Get A Stanley Cup Ring (so, the only way I see him going is If He Wants To Be A #1, And, He Wants To Go). If they do Trade Him, It'll Be Right After This Season/Stanley Cup or not. The one I see as His Replacement Is A 40+ Veteran, such as Anderson/Buffalo or Smith/Edmonton, Or A Younger Guy From Buffalo or Columbus

  3. Tell me whether or not you agree. Larry Brooks had Jack Eichel On The Rangers. He only missed by Nearly 3,000 miles. LOL

  4. First off, I think that Larry Brooks just throws crap out there just for clicks. Nest , why wouldn't the Rangers just keep Giorgiev instead of jumping through all those hoops to get a backup goalie that is on an expiring contract and I don't think they are as good as Giorgiev. If they trade Giorgiev they probably just bring up Keith Kinkaid.

  5. As a Rangers fan I don't want either of them. I'd prefer to call up Keith Kincaid for so backup starts. Larry Brooks is not liked by many Rangers fans….anytime I hear his name I think about when Torts told him to go stand in the corner and told him he probably got beat up on the bus everyday

  6. Leggo: Halak has only played like 11 or 12 games. Before that bad game against the Islanders his save % was .910 and he was looking really good. Because he has played so few games that bad game exagerrates his numbers. I think Halak is still a real solid NHL goalie. Good episode.

  7. you think the international players are going to vacate the khl now that the whole Russian invasion of Ukraine is happening?

  8. Georgiev cap hit $2.425m this year only. Halak $1.5m this year and $1.5m next year because he reached his bonus 10 games played. Both contract expire this year. Van would incur additional $ 925k this year but no cap hit next year. Worth it. Halak is an upgrade to Georgiev but will have the opposite cap effect. Relieve $925k this year but incur $1.5 mil next season.

  9. In NHL 21 Franchise Mode, I did a 25 year Red Wings run, and Leevi Aaltonen was a huge part of it. Ended up being the 4th Power Play Winger (and sometimes the QB if Seider was hurt… YOLO) for 6 championship teams (2026, 2029, 2031-34). During this time I looked into Aaltonen, and apparently he was thought of as one of the best skaters in the draft in 2019. Would love to see him in a Wings jersey for real, especially because I traded for Simon Edvinsson in that run before the Wings took him in real life. Any replicants of the video game dynasty I created would be gold

  10. Canucks goalie coaching would turn geogiev into an absulute stud .. but no point we have our goalie locked up under a good contract for a good stretch

  11. Lets just wate 2 weeks here , canucks might be buyers and rumour is nashville might have forsbergh on the trading block and he is a game changer that could put any playoff team over the top especially vancouver ..and if we do t get him there is always max domi reunited with horvat option…a big mean dman would be great , Charas cheap ..lets just hold on here

  12. I don't think Yzerman will trade Greiss, if Greiss doesn't want to play with the Rangers. If the Red Wings did trade Greiss, I think they'd be willing to absorb the remainder of Greiss' salary under their cap space. In return they'd want draft choice(s) in return. They don't want any players in return with long term contracts.

  13. Mr Brooks is simply wrong yet again we have almost $33 million in cap space this year that we can role over to next year so his whole primes that we couldn’t sign him is wrong he is a RFA that we can qualify and we would hopping somebody signs him to an offer sheet or trades for him.

  14. Halak has been decent but more economical option than Holtby and Chiasson, but Greiss would be more likely trade option without NTC and NMC.

  15. Love your videos but as a fan this would be dumb for the rangers beyond dumb. Why get an aging pricy backup when we have a cheaper younger option in Kincaid? Plus I personally want to see wall get time in the nhl once he’s ready. AG is worth mid level prospects and at most a 3rd rounder 2nd in a dream world. He’s a capable starter and good backup. Why get a goalie in his late 30’s who’s not as good? They’ll retire soon and you’ll waste picks/prospects.
We have goalies, don’t see the need to trade farm stock because every goalie is hurt and we’re desperate. Hard disagree with this one.

  16. Never listen to Larry…remember he looks like got gets beat up at the bus stop 😂

  17. Wouldn't be entirely surprised if a team like the Golden Knights, came calling about Thomas Greiss (if they remain interested in the playoffs, that is🤔). Time will tell, I guess!

  18. Given that a lot of NYR fans like Georgiev and given that the NYR have a LOT of cap space, here is an interesting idea: What about Georgiev and the St Louis 2nd Pick for Chicago Black Hawks Marc Andre Fleury? The Rangers get a very good goalie with Playoff experience as 1A/1B, and the Blackhwaks get a decent goalie they use to rebuild for the future with? Fleury most likely wants out of a bad situation in Chicago and is only signed for the remainder of the year. New York is one of the few playoff teams that can afford him and this could make them VERY dangerous come the playoffs.
