Candlepin Bowling (From Sammy White's!) – Jack Quinn vs. Jeff Atkins (1984)

(Re-uploaded in higher quality and in one piece, but like one of the other matches I recently re-uploaded, unfortunately when I tried to convert the media itself into HD, I kept getting frame drops that severely affected the quality of this show. In the end, I basically re-edited the original file I had from 2010 into one piece. This was the 5th overall week in the small run that Jeff Atkins had in March of 1984 on Channel 5, with Jack Quinn being his opponent looking to dethrone him.

In what has to be one of the best matches I think I’ve EVER seen on Channel 5 as a whole over the years, this show featured a bit of everything. GREAT shotmaking from both bowlers, high scores all around, a lot and I mean A LOT of bonus money being given out and a very, VERY close finish that went down to the very end to determine the winner of this show!
