Well it was a close game, the Flyers came to play, Flowers kept them at bay, only a bad bounce and a perfect shot got past him. Wild manage to win a game in which they were close to getting out goalied, but in the end it was Flower with the better saves. This Zucc goal was extraordinary and a solid entry in any best goals scored this season chart. It was important to get the W, it wasn’t as good as it was expected, but these 2 points counts as any for the standings. On to the next one.
Favorite game since becoming a Wild fan
a theme of this season seems to be OT wins at home after a rough patch. the canucks game after the horrible start, the canes game in november when they were struggling, and now this.
Anyone else feel like a fucking weight lifted off their chests? I was *sure* after the Flyers tied it up that we were going 0-for-4-in-a-row. What a sick fucking move by our boy Zucc. Great game.

Sometimes the fact that Kaprizov and Fleury are on our roster boggles my mind. These might be the good times, even if I fear the wild may be too average to win a cup. Parise and Suter are gone, our core of Eriksson-Ek, Boldy, Spugreon, and Brodin is in tact, and don’t forget that we have Mats Zuccarello playing well!

Zucc game winner was nasty, Zucc’s post game interview was fun. Boldy with two goals is big. Blues are currently being shut out by the Coyotes, Calgary is currently losing to Chicago. All is well.
