Big bounce back game from the Buds.
Great to see Mo get the monkey off his back.
Let’s start our long break with a win in our final game against the Bruins on Wednesday.
Absolute domination. Loved how loud the barn was, too.
GG Leafs and thanks for everything JT.
washington lowercases 1
TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS 5
I did not expect that move from ZAR lmfao
I enjoyed that game and I still have my evening
Simmonds is done man. I don’t know why he keeps coming in the lineup. Just for physical presence isn’t enough. Great career, but I really don’t think he hits the roster anymore.
Can we please get more active mods banning posters that are very clearly here just to troll and shit post? It’s so distracting in the GDT.
wheres that one person that said the game would be 5-1 Washington? turns out they got their teams mixed around
We needed a big win before the break. Would have been nice to sweep the weekend, but happy to end the weekend with the win as opposed to the other way around.
ETA: obviously, let’s go get one back against the B’s on Wednesday!
Proud of Sammy for the great game, especially against his old team. Kudos to the Captain on a thousand games as well. GLG!
We like wins, we like wins. We don’t care for losses because those aren’t wins.
Leafs Win, Bruins lose, hell yeah!
Big bounce back game from the buds!!!!!! Great win.
YES MORGAN, FINALLY LOL
5-3 penalties, not the worst penalty differential
Bruins lost, Ovi didn’t get a goal, boys win 5-1, SBA was bumpin… Love me some Sunday hockey!
A win so routine I was bored watching. Lol
First game I’ve seen them stay aggressive until the end
Hey Laviolette, check your voicemail you’ve got five unanswered.
Lose to the Sens, beat the Caps. Hashtag just leaf things
Good game and win. I wish they could play like that 80% of the time.
Boston has lost 3 in a row. Let’s make it 4
Holmberg is such a nice surprise this season. Dude seems like a real find with room to grow
Engvall has looked like one of the strongest skaters on the team recently. GMKD needs to re-sign him to a longer term deal before the goals & assists start coming.
As much as I loved getting the two points, the icing on the cake was watching ovechkin coast around for the full two minute pp to end the game hoping he’d get a meaningless goal. Glad he didn’t score
I was at both Friday’s and tonight’s game.
I enjoyed tonight much more.
Funnily enough, after the first 51 games last season the Leafs had 70 points.
