Not a curse, I see it as two things. The rise in competition correlates with his decreasing stats. Playoff contenders are starting to take games more seriously now as they’re getting into the last 35% of the season.

This is the second time in his career that TK got right to the brink of a milestone then hit a wall. Right now he sits tied with his largest goal total for a season. Since he tied that record he’s gone eight games without a goal. I forget the last milestone this happened; it might have been his 100th career goal, like he got to 99 then didn’t score for 10 games or more.
