Fighting has been an AMAZING part of Hockey for more than 100 years!! Yes there are good and bad fights but like it or not it's part of the game.
I'm a 40 year Flyers fan living in Winnipeg. I personally do not love living here but honestly Russ's jokes/statements about our city are lame as hell.
Power play, penalty kill, overtime, & shootouts have been dreadful for at least 3 years. There is just not enough talent.
Here in Philly we want to have that Bryce Harper / Joel Embiid / Jalen Hurts type guy who says "Hop on my back, boys. I will carry you to the big game". The Flyers still don't have that guy. Giroux came close that 1 year when he decked Crosby right after the opening face-off. Set the tone, the team & fans loved it.
