It would have to be Larondelle for this to work. But nice try.

My favourite player remains L’Aveuglette. “Oh, et là, Drouin qui fait une passe à L’Aveuglette…”

M’y father in a similar story involving a ex Habs player is Nick named BUNS

Too bad he keeps scoring on the wrong net!

This reminds me of when I discovered Habs games were on radio (Radio-Canada then on other radio stations). Being a 90s kid (born in 86), my first contact with hockey was on TV, so hockey on the radio was a novelty for me and seemed like a great idea! You can listen anywhere! I then learned it started on radio (silly kid I was sometimes).

Since my bedtime for a while was around 8pm, I would usually watch the first period on TV then put in on radio in my room.

One game I remember watching/listening that way was the infamous Dec. 2, 1995 game.

How are people passing their french classes in elementary school, junior and high school without being able to hold a simple conversation in the language they’ve been learning for years?

How bad are second language french classes?

Edit: Not blaming the students here.

I’ve heard good things about his linemate LeRevirement

In Ontario one of my buddies French dads used to tell the story of how he got to windsor. Said he was playing hockey on the st. Lawrence and went for a breakaway.. ended up here. 🤣

You say that as if the Habs didn’t play their games in a city called L’Étranger… I mean, youd believe most, if not all, other NHL team have their arena there
