22 years old. His game keeps improving, just like Tage, and we have our 1C 2C locked up for 14M for the next 7 years. This is what having a competent GM feels like.

22 years old and he addresses the media with the relaxee feel of a veteran captain .. His poise on and off of the ice, and his ability to take every word he says make you just love him more and more! … Don said he's a huge presence in the locker room. And I can't wait to see the C on his chest in a couple years to come..
Buffalo has, I believe, an embarrassment of riches when it comes to leadership, guys who step and say, “this is who we are and where we need to go.” You just saw it from Cozens, you it with Thompson, Dahlin, Krebs, Tuch especially. I feel these are guys who can hold the room and move them onward and upward.

Cozens has 6 less goals than Casey Mittlestadt with 2 years less experience.
