Yes
He has struggled with the Rangers. Why would we take a chance ?
Do we really need another 6/7th dman?
He’s arguably worse than Gudbranson
More depth couldn’t hurt. Would be nice to keep some of the guys in Cleveland that can help get them into the playoffs if/when Gavi is traded. They’ve also got 5 open contract spots still so plenty of space there.
I wouldn’t but I know he’s one of those that could use a fresh start players.

Someone will take a flyer on him…just not sure Jarmo would.
A good rule of thumb is if fans are happy to see their team put a guy on waivers you probably don’t want him either.
