Great pros and cons. I haven’t been around long enough to hockey to have a very good opinion on the trade deadline. I will say we have been close the last few years and are competitive this year.
i doubt it would cost stankoven, i think bourque and some picks and another guy like stranges perhaps blackhawks dont really have much leverage if kane says its gotta be dallas

So let me get this straight?? You don't want to give up prospects or picks because "other" teams are doing the same thing? Is it worth not winning a cup every year because you didn't make a big trade to help in the playoffs?
I really hope the stars don’t make this trade. He is not the answer.
