Crazy the Oilers will play back to back afternoon games this weekend, matching the 2 afternoon games the Leafs will have all year. Tomorrow will be their 5th afternoon game. Mhmmm
I expect a goal per game ,so should Connor ,he gets the premium oil every change so he should provide premium performance consistently . I expect predatory offense for 60 minutes not sufficient offense. Its all a simple math equation so there is no escape from the pressure to produce . If the Oilers score more shortys then they can afford to take more penalties ,anyone see how that math works? If the Oilers are scoring hot on their PP AND YOUR PP then everybody wants to just play nice all the time. The Avalanche POUNDED SAND on the Oilers last year with PREDATOY offense for 240+ minutes….lets do like they do.Moma2 says that scoring Shortys at a record pace will remove the Reffs from the equation completely and guarantee a Cup.

Hopefully that flyers game taught the oilers a lesson to not take these teams lightly.
Oilers got burned on second goal, flyers own stick was caught in the goalies glove that imo caused the interference.
