Great pass, but for every one of these, Smith has got himself into turnover trouble 50 times. He'd be another tier higher on the goalie list if he was more conservative. Nice to see this work out though. Cool way to win a game.

Honeslty amazing awareness by smith, along with confidence to make a play like that in that situation. as he made the save he immediately moved out and dropped the puck thinking about mcdavid. very easy to stumble or misread the situation in transitions like that.
McDavid was kind of slacking it coming back to defend, though .
