Unless we add a D that’s likely our game 1 pairings.

Honestly the whole team looks solid.

Moving Kerfoot out would be ideal as he is a very expensive 4th liner but I also don’t hate him there.

I know this would probably not happen but I would imagine a line with ZAR, Accari and Simmonds on it would be pretty tough to handle/intimidating šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

Canā€™t justify scratching anyone in this lineup for Wayne thoā€¦..I just love Simmonds šŸ˜ž

  3. OzzieNewYork

I was really hoping Muzzin would be a May Surprise …. but we need to add a Muzzin into the top 4.

OMTario Line is totally amazing. I was thinking O would be 3C but what they did in Buffalo was a clinic…. lead by M.

  4. poodleaficionado

Can I just say I love the second line?

  5. Reggae4Triceratops

Huh really thought waiving Anderson meant Murray was close, wonder what that was about…

  6. 10thousand34

If we had 2018-19 Jake Muzzin we would complete :,(

  7. Rowdy_Roddy96

I’m still waiting for Bobby McMann to get called up to play with Acciari and ZAR. Would be an excellent 4th Line

    Tavares – Oā€™Reilly – Marner šŸ˜ŒšŸ˜ŒšŸ˜ŒšŸ˜Œ

Interesting holl is on the 3rd pairing. I doubt he’ll get third pairing minutes. It’s also interesting Keefe has sandin with Holl. I’d rather Gio babysit him and have Lilly & Sandin together, unless the top 4 are going to get played like a proper top 4

  10. Small sample size but Iā€™ve loved Acciari as a fourth liner. Heā€™s a bit of a motherfucker which is something I think weā€™ve missed.

  11. ABoyNamedSault

I dunno about that 2nd line, guys. šŸ˜‰

  12. Barring more moves, I think this is our optimal lineup, with some rotations of O’Reilly down to play with Engvall and Kampf for defensive draws as needed.

The D is fine. Wasnā€™t the reason they lost to Tampa last year and wonā€™t be the reason they lose this year either.

The ā€œLeafs have weak Dā€ take is ancient and extremely outdated.

  14. Dogthatpulls

The only reason we haven’t traded Holl is because no one wants him right?

  15. BlackSheepWolfPack

Oh, so weā€™re just going to keep The Passion Line together? – Frank Seravelli and Sid Seixero, probably

  16. Canā€™t understand the hate-boner people have for Kerfoot.

His production is almost exactly in line with his career average and heā€™s still a very handy, versatile player.

The best 4th liner is a 3rd liner playing on the 4th line. Thatā€™s exactly what Kerfoot is lol

Just hope Rielly shows up, the sooner the better. Get home ice first then hope he’s as solid as he was last year vs Tampa!

I’m not sure what to make of Kerfoot at this point. He’s clearly being paid too much to be an every-day 4th line player, and that’s what he is now that ROR is part of the team.

That being said, he’s the prime candidate to slide back into the top six if an injury happens, but I feel like he’d be the guy to move out if we can add a better middle 6 forward before the TDL.

  19. SCampo98

I donā€™t get the people saying they donā€™t like Johnny T on the wing. Hell if we play like we did the other night, keep him on the wing forever for all I care.

  20. swimbaitjesus

Kerfoot on the 4th (where he belongs) but that cap hit hurts there, buddy needs to kick rocks

  21. Thenorthernmudman

That has to be the best top six in the NHL right?
