The Rangers don't need Kane, they need heart, toughness and a goalie. The 1-year wonder has been exposed.
I can't believe after 1 good year everyone thought Igor was the next Roy, Brodeur, Hasek, Quick, etc. He has given up 3+ goals in 11 games now. 3 goals are enough to win the game but not when it comes to the soft Rangers and their AHL goalie. Bring back Torts, and he will fix and punish the lazy and underachievers.
In 2007, Lou Lamoriello fired Claude Julien with three games remaining. The way the Rangers played the last two games is unacceptable and I think that everything is possible right now in Rangerland. The pressure to win more than one series(if the Rangers make the playoffs…) will be enormous.

There was no need to get tarasenko if we are getting Kane. No need for both of them. Bad management.
Shesty is the least of my worries. Watching Fox and Miller make lazy efforts on goal number 3 and 6 bothered me as much as the memo the refs sent out by not calling a penalty on Oshie. The memo was a free ticket to go head hunting and spear chucking. Sickeningly, only one team got that memo.

i think this is the most underperforming team by far this season, they should play alot better,
i got no idea what fk is goin on atm but the player need get their heads out of their -sses and wake up and pay attention to defense , 14 goals allowed in last 3 games!
NYR got lots of good players but they are not working as a team , their PK and PP has become inefective and collapsed and the coach looks clueless what to do. what a shitshow

I'm very disappointed in the lack of toughness! We lost our best defensemen. Lazy play…some guys play hard every game. KREIDER is uninvolved, Miller needs to sit, he checks like a girl,stands around,he's always getting beat. The D is trying to get in the OFFENSIVE…how bout playing Defense!!!??? WE ARE GETTING SOFT!!! Come on boys…it's man up time!! If you play like MEN & lose…ok But this … I'm F'n PISSED!!! Blue blood brothers and sisters…I hope our boys WAKE UP!!! LETS go Rangers!!!👍💪❤
I thought PK was disrespectful to Mess during the first intermission. It's ok to disagree, but as soon as Mess disagreed with PK's original takes regarding the Lindgren hit, he went way over the top with the body gestures and spoke over him. Mess is a class act. PK is not.
I’ve been a Ranger fan for almost 60 years. Too say we are too soft is a yearly ritual. I guess it will never change. Today was embarrassing. We were intimidated. Drury, HOW MANY FINESSE PLAYERS DO YOU WANT?! The closer to the playoffs the more desperate teams are and games are more physical. Let alone when the playoffs come. Except for Trouba NOBODY HITS. Tarasenko is old and soft. Now you want to add Kane? An aging 16 year, 5’9” finesse player? Just what we need. At least we had Reeves last year. He gave us some protection. WHY DID YOU LET HIM GO?!!! How stupid can you be?! Nobody on the team plays with an edge. I guarantee Washington said just hit them and they will fall. And now you’re trading away all of our 1st rounders? Just like we used to do. We are doomed!!!
