OK Guys, the Winnipeg Jets are in town to square off against the Montreal Canadiens, and Pierre Luc Dubois is about to use this opportunity to promote the “Pierre Luc Dubois Foundation”. Which is setup in small communities around the province of Quebec, to support local kids and help them play hockey. I thought this was a great gesture from Dubois, and in today’s video we’ll take a look at his stats, talk a bit more about his foundation’s plans… aaaand just chit chat about Dubois in general.

Eric Engels says he can see it happening but is still at 50/ 50 . It could happen as we have 20 million coming off cap this summer with only Caufield and Pezzetta to resign. So there's money for him. But what would they have to give up to get him. Might be worth while to wait till he's free agent and get him free
I want Dubois in Montreal so bad. And its not because he’s french. When was the last time we got a Big Power Forward Center? I cant recall. I dont want to trade for the Guy but hopefully in 2023-2024 offseason we can pick him up for nothing.
Will PEE El DEEE become PAY EL DAY? Hard to say – the buzz in Peg City is we have a slim to small chance of keeping him. Playing with Kyle Connor is a bit of enticement, but not really much. He keeps mentioning his fashioneesta mindset, cute little bougie restaurants and displays his decorative tattoos with vim and vigor – in short, he exudes the Montreal mindset. St Boniface just ain't big enough for Pay El Day, I'm afraid.
He’s coming home
I'm not sold on this guy.Gives me "diva" vibes.Saw him in his last year of junior and Montambeault was in the goal for the Armada(Blainville-Boisbriand).Just wasn't impressed by his gameplay.When he was traded to the Jets,it was rainbows and sunshine in the interviews he gave."He really wanted to play there","because his dad is working in Winnipeg's organisation" and now he wants out of there?What gives?
The guy has talent,no doubt,but the attitude,imho is a red flag.
I think as a French Canadian he would have a tough time in Montreal, I don't think his demeanor as a pro has done anything to prove he can withstand the pressure of Montreal for years on end.
Watching Dubois play is unfortunate. He has a nice skillset but doesn't have the drive to take it anywhere. He's the type of guy to put up 60-80 points in any given year then turn into Casper the friendly ghost in April when his team needs him. Just missing that clutch factor imo.
I'd stay clear away and build from the draft like cup contenders do.

I didn't think he would have such a great season. I'll be the first to say I didn't expect it and am happy for him. He would definitely be a nice addition for the Habs lineup. I just don't want the Habs to trade him for anything significant unless he signs long term first or just wait till he becomes a free agent.

I absolutely love Dubois on the Jets, such a dominant force out there on the ice. I'm just a little disappointed because I don't see him resigning with us this offseason. He'll definitely become a fan favourite when he goes to Montreal
