A textbook steal of a game. When considering Vegas blocked shots, Devils put out 70 shots.. which is insane. But don't understand how Ruff leaves both Hughes & Hischier out of the main shootout lineup and puts in Tatar and Hamilton instead. I get that sometimes coaches reward players to get in that lineup, but you are trying to win also and should include at least 1 of your top 2 scorers.
We outshot in OT by a landslide. Hill absolutely sealed that game for Vegas. The shoutout was hopeless. Schmid was always just going to mess up before Hill did.
Hill = Vegas win. Devils suck at shootouts. But Luke Hughes and Timo Meier are now in Devils uniforms. Prob start Sunday night in AZ

Go knights go! What an amazing playoff like game win for the boys! Barbashev got a couple of asssits and is finding his groove with VGK. Marchy is playing amazing and Eichel os litterally on 🔥 with 8 goals and 13 points in his last 10! Adin hill just had his greatest outing as a golden knight in his career with 47 saves, keeping us in this game when we needed it most (first period and OT). HE WAS A MOUNTAIN! What a sweet SO winner for Shea Theo-SCORE! Let’s keep this ball rolling!

The only consolation is that the Devils got 1 point. I hate that the Devils lost this and the way that they lost. The Devils have to find a way to win games like this if they are to have a chance against Boston. Please — bring on Timo Meier and Curtis Lazar asap.
Unbelievable performance by Hill. In OT there was like 7 times I was like “oh their gonna end it here” nope. Hill had something to say about that. Just unreal. Good performance by Marchy , Eichel, and Barbashev as well. Love to see that line working
As a Devils 😈 fan this should of been over in OT no doubt we should of walked away with the 2 points also we pretty much outplayed Vegas, but we will take the 1 point, VGK is a great team too & HILL WAS REMARKABLE! I was like who is he? He’s a beast, HILL IS A FUTURE ALL STAR ⭐️ WHAT A PERFORMANCE BY HILL, he went unconscious in that net lol 😂 was a really good game much respect!

Vegas 3rd goal, 4 devil's got caught deep in the zone, giving up the 2 on 1, they are deadly, when the D plays aggressive sometimes you pay with oddman rush, those oddman rushes are what wins hockey games, especially 2 on 1's

Devils clearly heavily outplayed Vegas throughout the whole game. Their goalie stood on his head tho, great performance from him.

For the shouts-out,when you dribble the goalie you have to find and or create an "opening" that he won’t be able to block or the same goes while making him thinking about that.
Great job by Hill, but man they need to help him more in OT there. 7:40 was a brutal choice by Pietrangelo, definitely should have been his man considering Eichel was already a step behind, nevermind after he stumbled. Can't just let guys walk in like that. It was a nice pass across for the one timer, but he should never have gotten that close to Hill
