Seems to me Chychrun really, really, really wanted to go to Ottawa….that's nice.

Chychrun's grampa has been a Senators season seat holder since 1992 when the team returned to Ottawa.
The Coyotes screwed themselves by demanding for the moon and Sens played the waiting game and it paid off.
The only reason the Sens had a chance of getting him is because Jakob Chycrun has family ties in Ottawa

Talbot is awesome
Talbot is a very good starting goaltender, he's not a top 10 goalie in the league rn but he's not far from it and if you look at his stats in the playoffs, they're extremely good. His last two runs with Minnesota he was carrying them. Last year he should've been the guy but they traded to get Fleury and didn't want to accept that Talbot was the better option.
I’ll be honest, I’m not sold on Thomas Chabot. I understand one of Sanderson, Chabot and Chychrun may play on the right side, but of the 3 Chabot is the least best
This defence is going to be really solid. I really think sanderson has a huge ceiling as a player. The left side is set for many years to come (two more at least)
