Lego I'm going to be completely honest with you man. Depression is rough, having no one to look to or talk to during the mental health stress isn't any better. You have an entire community of hockey fans here backing up your happiness extc. Also I do myself struggle with bi polar disorder. Anyway just get better soon Bro. 🏆🍻🏒

Hey man, one of the toughest things is being rejected. You feel things and think things that make you feel alone and not wanted. It’s the worst feeling
My advice is to simply work on yourself. Exercise, focus on your career/finance and use the event as motivation. I’ve had bad experiences and it’s lead to myself working on these things simply because I wanted to prove the people that didn’t choose me wrong. Eventually you realize you’re doing these things for yourself and there’s no hard feelings towards them at all.

It's a rough life buddy, you will pull through this! A couple years ago I had to move a few states away after a breakup to get over it and it took time. Everybody has been there. The mind is a finicky thing but you got this bro!
Don't ever let someone tell you, you need a significant other to be happy in life, don't change yourself for others, focus on what makes you happy and do that to be your best self
Keep your head up Lego! These things happen all the time and they are growing experiences. It’s okay to be down and out but don’t let it get to you too much. She’s just some broad and like the old saying goes, there’s plenty of fish in the sea. I never understood that saying growing up but the older I get the more it resonates, I’ve gone years without a girl even looking at me and then have years where I get laid a lot and that’s just life. every once in a while that one person crosses your path and shows the truth about that saying. The perfect gal will come along soon and when that moment happens you both will know instantly. I feel u Lego. The day you posted the kravtsov video my girlfriend broke up with me. If there’s one piece of advice I have learned from being in two breakups now is to just try and learn a thing or two about yourself and free your mind and body from guilt
Dude, I really appreciate your videos and what you have to say, but she wasn't the one for you. Try dating 2-3 girls a week and you'll realize that there are many girls, no matter how cool they are, that are not the right ones for you. Take you time, enjoy the process of meeting new people and don't hurry anything. Have fun!

I’ve been living in Vancouver (Poco presently) and still a diehard Habs fan. I’ve watched my friends whom are Vancouver Canucks fans suffer over the years. I personally would’ve thrown in the towel years ago. So it’s not surprising that you feel burnt out right now. We all get the blues. Difference is; we don’t have to create contact on a daily basis, and pretend to be in a good mood. We can hide in our jobs until we feel better.
Just remember that this too shall pass.

to those of us for just a few minutes a day.

Don't worry about it stud. Chicks try on guys like a new dress, it either looks good on them or it don't. They usually need their friends to tell them if it makes their butts look too big cuz they can't see for themselves. When you get that one that knows you are pure man meat, you are in like Flynn.
