Their power play bad? Good thing Lou protected clutter bucks and let ebs get taken. Ebs 60 points this year. Palmeri sucks. They also refuse to call up IShkakov. The management is a joke. Owners are dumb for letting Lou do whatever he wants.
I listened to Anders Lee say multiple times that they believe they can play with the best in the league. When are they going to show us? It seems every time they play a top 10 team, it’s a loss. Unless they find some magic they haven’t shown all year, it looks like they’ll make the playoffs and get easily bounced by Carolina or Boston. This is NOT the disciplined defensive team that played under Trotz.
It's over. Lane is lost, the team is confused and Yoda has lost another 25% of his brain cells.

Seeing it slip away as the league leading number of games played dwindle down. Pens got hot and ahead of isles. All it will take is for sabres or fla. to run off a hot streak and it is all over. One season out of playoffs may have been a fluke. Two seasons out is a trend. Keep the faith in lou apologists. Just thank sorokin for the games he has won for isles to keep them in playoff race. And thank lane for costing isles all those games by not having isles ready to go.

Hi Gil—you nailed it! When will this team realize that they can’t take multiple penalties? I mean we don’t have the ammunition to counter. Well let me see—Clutter back—-Jg back—Bailey back in top 6–and we start losing. Does that surprise me? Nope. Palmeri is awful. Bailey is awful. At least the kids gave us a fresh youthful hungry makeover. All year I’ve said “Play the kids”. Last game I said sit Koivulu and Holmstrom but tahts because we knew they were going to be replaced by the vets—-so it has to be them. Me? Can’t play Bailey anymore—Dragging us down! It was a fucking MUST WIN game! More so because the other teams fighting for a spot ALL LOST!!!! That's 2, if we drop tonights game, we might as well pack it in. All year, we hit a 5 game winning streak, then go 2-8 or 3-7 in the next 10!!
