That's a boarding, elbowing. There was no disciplinary action by the N.H.L.to review the play. The Rangers don't have an Enforcer and they didn't get an Enforcer.

Fk that this wasn't even dirty, 2 min for boarding at best. His elbow was down and tucked, Motte was facing him, he was looking down instead of at who was coming at him, and Watson followed through on his hit on the guy playing the puck. The announcer is biased af. He didn't "leave his feet" until contact was made, he did elevate his weight upward on approach but thats standard, if you dont do that you become vulnerable to a reverse hit. Motte broke Don Cherrys golden rules, know who's out there and potentially coming at you, and KEEP YOUR HEAD UP. The size difference and Motte looking down is why his head was impacted by arm/shoulder. This is Bias Ottawa fan Bullsht.
Typical rangers not responding to the hit. Not having the manpower or the policeman type player. it's why they'll be bounced out in the first round. No beef. No balls. No sandpaper.
