Seems like a pretty week PS call. I don't see a hook or hold. The right arm gives Stuetzle a push which is what causes him to flub the shot but that's legal. Refs are goes up pretty late too. Almost like he saw Stuetzle fan on the shot and just assumed a penalty occurred.
