Sounds like Devon was only signing if he got his contract with the Sabres directly. Has any goalie played directly in the NHL prior to getting games in the minors? Hope we don't ruin his confidence first game in the NHL!

I covered Seamus Kotyk when he was in the minors in the Sharks' organization while I was in college. Devon is going to do very well under his wing, much like UPL did to take over as the #1 likely next season.
