Both are gonna be great, i think habs might have the edge over the sens because the defensemens are gonna be so great!!! Offensively you can count on young guys like Suzuki and Caufield too, Dach, Slaf, and all the young kids coming into the next training camp
Tough to say who has a brighter future. The Sens are I'd say 2 years ahead of Mtl in their rebuild. Both team's future look good if they do the right things. Habs future on defense look really good with Hutson and Mailloux on their way to add to Ghule, Barron, Harris, Xhekaj. That look like a heck of a top 6 if all goes well.

Guhle, Barron, Mailloux, Hutson, Xhekaj, Harris, Struble …… Suzuki, Caufield, Slafkovsky, Dach, Roy, Farrell, Beck, Mesar, Kidney, Heineman + likely a top-5 and top-15 pick coming up. Pretty beast
