We jumped to trading him away much too quickly. I wish he wasn’t sent away for the rebuild, but good for him for being on the these Bruins. I think trading away Perry mostly to make a point was the worst of the trades, now it seems like we’re mostly settled.

We got a big return for him, knowing damn well that he would never reach this level of play on our terrible team. Good trade and good for Lindholm. Win win situation

Going through the cards for former Ducks prospects is pretty tough. I doubt many of them would have developed the way they did if they stayed in the organization, but it hurts even more when you consider that very few of them were actually priced out by FA or anything and instead just simply didn’t fit the timeline we had at the time. Brightside I guess is that Madden is still with the franchise.
I know it’s unlikely he wins one, but Hampus is a Norris caliber defenseman

So happy for our sweet boy. Hoping they complete this truly phenomenal season with a ring.

Just gotta smile and be happy for the player here. Something I learned rooting for the Rams in the 15 years before Sean McVay. He was never going to re-sign and even if he did, we’d still be talking about him plateauing 3 or 4 years ago
