In February, Toronto Maple Leafs alumni flew to Sweden to take part in an exhibition game against the Swedish National team alumni, to honor Leafs legend Borje Salming, and raise funds for his Foundation for ALS Research.

Awesome. Great to see they raised over $1.4 million for Borje's Foundation for ALS research. Hopefully a cure can one day be found for that horrible disease. I have great memories as a young Leafs fan in the 80's watching Borje.

I went to sleep every Saturday night to hockey night in Canada playing on my big tube tv as a child ,only to wake up really early Sunday morning to a snowy fuzz on the tv screen , then got up ,turned it off and headed to the rink to try and emulate Borge Salming ❤
To some he was a hockey player, to me he was a super hero.
wish this was a longer video
My life has changed. Thank you Jesus. $32,000 weekly profit Our lord God has lifted up my Life!!! , Glory to the eternal God Almighty.
I wish they put the whole match up, probably better to watch than the All Star games were.
Thank you for putting this on and for producing this video. 🙂
I’m so proud of all my childhood hero’s. This celebration for Borje is amazing. Seeing Vaive, Tiger, and Sundin still ready to lace up and play hockey is truly inspiring
