A lot of credit is owed to Philip Gustavsson. In terms of goals saved above expected/60 he is 3rd in the league behind only the 2 Bruins goalies. Both of these pairs have been really good in terms of on-ice results, particularly Middleton-Spurgeon, but the insane goaltending can’t be ignored when looking at raw goals against totals
