Nicolas Roy’s 12th goal of the season held up as the game-winner and Logan Thompson stood tall in net making 39 saves as the Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Calgary Flames 3-2.
Flames are now 2 full games out with Jets having a game in hand. Now they would also have to leap frog over Predators also. Russia just called the Flames offices let them know they are Kaput! Sutter can fire up the John Deere and wait to see if his boss survives the offseason.?
I remember when flame fans saying their team got better after getting kadri & huberdeau 🙃… face it that team was only good with Johnny hockey & tkachuk there, but old style Sutter chased them off and rumor has it that kadri is next
I'm not going to sit here and blame the officials because the flames gave up so many good chances and the knights played well. But I have to say, the missed call on the game winning goal was absolutely terrible. The guy was literally holding Anderson's hand like a clingy girlfriend lol.
