Fans of all teams welcome, many of my longterm subscribers are fans of the Tampa Bay Lighting, Toronto Maples Leafs, Carolina Hurricanes and more! I fully cover the NHL playoffs as well regardless of if my team makes the postseason, so if you are a Colorado Avalanche fan, a Winnipeg Jets fan or even an Edmonton Oilers or Vegas Knights fan this channel will be for you. Many people ask me what teams do I hate and my answer is NONE! Some people expect me to hate the NY Rangers or Boston Bruins since I am a Florida Panthers fan, but the reality is even since the NJ Devils and NY Islanders have beaten us in the playoffs, no ill will from me. I will admit however that I am not a huge fan of seeing teams like the Buffalo Sabres and Detroit Red Wings become good and possibly better than my Panthers. Nor do I enjoy the older teams like the Pittsburgh Penguins and Washington Capitals continuing to be as good as or better than my team, mainly because those teams have been so consistent over the years. Of course, I do enjoy seeing players who we traded do well in other cities like the Philadelphia Flyers and Vancouver Canucks, but I am used to it.
In terms of my Miami Dolphins, I will admit my feelings about the Buffalo Bills, NY Jets and especially the New Englad Patriots are not exactly loving. In addition, seeing teams like the Jacksonville Jaguars and NY Giants make it as far or further than the Dolphins is upsetting. I will admit to NOT liking the Kansas City Chiefs, and having a soft spot for the Green Bay Packers. Just like the NHL, I cover the NFL playoffs as well so even if you are a Cincinnati Bengals fan, or even a San Francisco 49’s or Philadelphia Eagles fan, again this channel will be for you. Teams I am hoping will make the playoffs next season include the Detroit Lions, NY Jets and maybe even the Denver Broncos, just for the fun of it all!
If you have read this far and figured out that I am trying to write a description that gets in as many keywords as possible , you are correct. The algorithm is not my friend as you might imagine after 6+ years of making videos, so I am willing to try every trick in the book!

Panthers defense sucks and the turnovers are horrendous.
Duke was a healthy scratch last playoffs,he's done and speed is not worth it if he no longer has speed. Need extension and restructuring classes for the cap issues.

I was listening to @ The Rink Podcast last night, and they had some interesting things to say. Paul Maurice was their guest, and man, he could sell ice to an Eskimo in winter. What was of note is what was said about the Winnipeg Jets players. The coach (Rick Bowness) has lost the room and they wondered how much of Paul Maurice losing the jets had to do with him… same thing happening to Rick Bowness now. I am not saying Maurice is a good coach, but at some point the onus of responsibility needs to be on the players. The Panthers need to step up in a big big way. Paul Maurice said the Panthers skill allowed them to do what they did last year, and was kinda calling them out on being soft by saying they don't know how to play "heavy." He brought up Tampa making SCF and losing, then missing playoffs, then getting ousted in first round by Columbus, until they "learned how to play tougher."

Double edit: not that some of the non-calls weren’t legit penalties, my point is that they wouldn’t be called in the postseason. That’s all.
As a Leafs fan I thought that Lyon was incredible and everyone else wearing a panthers jersey was awful. I disagree with Stu on the “phantom penalties” not because he was wrong in his assessment, but rather because that’s not how playoff hockey plays. Leafs have been on the wrong side of it as well, but that’s how it goes, like it or not
