Dallas Stars forward Jason Robertson scored his 100th NHL career goal and set a new Stars record for most points in a season, surpassing Mike Modano’s previous record of 93 points. Robertson achieved this milestone by ripping a shot past Coyotes goaltender Karel Vejmelka, giving the Stars a 3-2 lead.

Robertson's record is ONLY since the franchise moved from Minnesota in 1993, when Mike Modano posted his second-consecutive 93 point season in 1993-94, after the move to Dallas. He still has a ways to go to actually obtain the true franchise scoring record, which he could possibly do, but it seems unlikely this year.
