There is a huge difference between 1) being mouthy, like Sean Avery, and 2) attempting to injure, like pk subban. This gudas clown falls into category 2.

Two things that would've made this dirty would've been if he missed the puck and hit the side of the leg. Neither of which happened, just because the player has been a rat in the past doesn't mean that every hit he does is dirty.

Everything after that is just the consiquence of a valid hockey play. Its the Montreal player's responsiblity to make sure he doesn't die going headfirst into the boards. You're highlighting one of the only fair plays this idiot does as an example of something bad.
Also even if it was completely just "I'm gonna hit this guy to take him off the puck." That's a fair strategy, I fail to see what's wrong with this. Its a contact sport, be aware people are going to try and hit you, sometimes its going to be in a way that sucks for you, heads up.
