Let’s go Babyyyy
Great comeback win! I think the go-ahead goal from Chicago finally got them to get their act together
Beautiful game.
For maximum results we should start every game down 1-0
Rolling Timo onto the third line and putting Tatar back on the first woke us up and won us the game.
Thanks Lindy
Both Timo’s assist and goal were wrap arounds 😀
I hate not having a post game show.
Timo is everything this team needed. Holy shit. I love him.
More points than in 2011-12. Cup Final appearance confirmed.
Just love having a goalie with a -1.76 GSAE with 17 shots. Looks great.
Fucking hell, switch Stalock and Blackwood and this is a 8-1 blow-out.
They don’t ask “how” they ask “how many”.
That was a pretty fun game to watch with how much speed there was out on the ice at all times. Timo Time is heating up and the fourth line was looking reaaaallll nice tonight.
Gear up for a battle with Winnipeg tomorrow because they are clinging to their wild card spot and desperately need points.
Hawks looked rough out there. Sad to see Staylock get shelled all game, even with the better save % than blackwood. Best defense is a good offense, I guess.
Timo time has arrived. I got no clue on which lines he played over this game. I guess at some point he was with Haula because Timo had the assist on it. I just claim confused and happy.
There’s something weird with Timo, like he’s doing a lot of his own zone entries, then you got Centers like Nico and Jack who also love to carry the puck in…
someone said that Timo needs his own line and it’s kinda true, he can basically do it himself rofl.
I’m glad he’s heating up, I can’t say much about chemistry because I don’t understand the blender but points are points.
All our Wood are dead. Enough of them.
Smart of Lindy to start Blackwood in this game to settle once and for all that he’s not the answer while not putting us in danger of a loss.
I am here for the Timo Meier Experience
Nothing wrong with how we played, they weren’t fully engaged and still walked away with 6 goals. Blackwood got sold out on defense with 2 of those goals, Chicago had a forward right in front each time uncontested. Plus at one point in the third they had 19 blocked shots to our 3.
Depth scoring, timo time, LGD!
I think the blackwood experiment has ended. Defense still needs to be more responsible around the crease, love seeing the speed come through.
So Timo is settled in now, eh?
Fucking A perfect timing too.
Pretty forgettable game. Boys gotta work on net front defending though. That has been a problem all year. You can’t leave a guy wide open in front of your net.
We were dominating the game but made the same brain dead mistakes that we’ve seen all year. There is no doubt in my mind that the players play up to the level of competition. The difference in intensity from the Rags game is night and day.
This is why I have confidence in the postseason. They come to play when it matters and it is crystal clear.
LFGD
If Timi has a million fans, I am one of them. If Timo has 5 fans, I am one of them. If Timo has one fan, that one is me. If Timo has no fans, I am no longer alive. If the world is against Timo, I am against the world. Till my last breath, I’ll love Timo.
doubled the shots and goals but I see people talking about effort and defense lmao, game would’ve been 6-1 if anyone other than sievewood was in net. Solid win though, WE TAKE THOSE
Poor Stalock. Fun goalie to watch. I hope he gets to play somewhere more optimistic in the future.
Good win. Got a little dicey there, granted but the team didn’t get discouraged.
We were not the APRIL FOOLS today folks:
* Another comeback win for the boys.
* Two point night for Jack, getting him up to I think 89 points. He needs 11 more to hit that 100, baybee.
* Two point nights for Dougie, Haula, Timo, and Boqy as well. Love to see that depth scoring.
* On paper, we absolutely dominated that game, shots, shot attempts, offensive zone time, etc, but will say that that the second period was really shaky, first period was pretty bleh, but when we needed to deliver, we delivered.
* A win is a win is a win is a win.
* I was one of the first people to yell about Lindy’s line mixing, but seeing what it produced, I will humbly accept that I may have been wrong. I just love to see Timo with Nico, but it looks like having Timo drive his own line may be for the best.
* Anyway, this is the time to get our lines solidified and I guess mess around and see who can spark who.
* Still need to clean up those defensive miscues and the difficult time we have clearing the zone.
* Kevin Bahl. That is all.
* Tomorrow’s game is going to an absolute doozy. Jets are fighting for a playoff spot and historically we’ve had a hard time against them, and we absolutely need to be able to solve Hellebuyck. We have to be ready for a team that is absolutely going to come out with a bang. No dull first period, please. No collapsing in the second period, please. Give them a trademark NJD third period, please.
* Hope the Isles and the Caps can be our allies tomorrow and do us a solid and win against the Canes and Rags, respectively.
* **WE’RE AT 104 FUCKING POINTS GENTLETHEMS AND THEYDIES. 104. SHEESH.**
Slept through most of the game cause work was a bitch and I have to head back to it now. But woo! Go devils!
LETS GOOO FIRST GAME AND FIRST WIN!!
I’m Shara-gone-vich. Getting drunk at a bonfire to celebrate. Good night gentlemen.
Go Devils!
Remember that game where Schmid was scored on like 3 times in 5 mins and got pulled? Yeah that was rough but the hate in the GDT was super limited and people felt more pitty than anger or “this guy sucks”. Why you ask? Because people remember him saving the teams butt many times before that, those sick saves that people will remember and that end up on twitter etc. .
Same for VV, if VV lets a weak one in people are “poor VV, he’s not having a good night. People remember what VV did for us this season. How many games he carried on his back.
This should explain why people are “hating” (strong word seriously) on some and not on others.
I need to watch some sort of post game for this amazing job our boys did🖤❤️👹🏒🖤❤️
