It will be Petey! That will be part of the next deal
ffs i ordered my hughes skate jersey with a A last month.. LOL this actually makes alot more sense then petey but ive been seeing management, coaches n even bo saying it should be petey… its a tough call both are good leaders but i feel hughes does have that assertiveness needed
I think Quinn would be the best choice
What did I tell you back in the bubble days?
Hughes reminds me a lot of Scott Niedermayer and I could definitely see Hughes as a captain…either in Van or NJ 😛
If Miller becomes "C" we Riot.
Quin sounds like a great "C"
Quinn has more poise when speaking to the media, petey seems a lil emotional.
QH is a great player and could be captain, but to me EP is the one that stirs the drink, he is the one that takes the team on his back so if he wants to be captain, he has my vote
I wouldn’t be mad if it ended up being miller. He’s vocal, and ya he spaz’s sometimes but it’s because he expects the best from himself and others
I think Hughes could be a good choice. With Pettersson and his interviews, a lot of the awkwardness has to do with him being ESL more than anything, I think. It seems like he's become a lot more comfortable with it since his rookie season though.
Honestly, for the media side of things, if Kuzmenko can keep improving his English – he’s the only Canuck I ever see smiling and laughing during interviews.
I’d like more of that – someone who looks like he’s actually enjoying himself, who realizes he’s living the dream.
In my opinion both are ok, we love them.
With Naslund it felt natural. With Pettersson it feels forced. Maybe he just wants to play hockey?
JT Miller will be the next C on Vancouver (If he isn't traded). Miller is a veteran. Miller is Tocchet's kind of player. Gritty. Tough. Miller C Petey A Hughes A
Why Quinn when he is waiting until he can go join his brothers in jersey😅
I guessed Edler, but Hutton 💀
I don’t think Petey wants it, it will be his choice.
Edler, has to be edler
It’s gotta be Hughes. Petey just isn’t vocal enough, and I wouldn’t even think he’d want the extra attention.
Petey becomes the Captain: and He starts giving the death stare to the media again lol🤣 😂 😆
Quinn Hughes is the better choice
Pettersson nor Hughes.. I would say Miller is the best one for the job. Just look at him. .
nah !
quinn needs to be captain so we dont lose him to NJ
I'm just a fan too, but I always felt Quin should and will be the next captain.
Only way to lock cry baby Hughes down is to give him the captaincy lol
